A mains water controller is a device that ensures that you will have water at all times, even when you have no rainwater left in your eco sac®.
eco sac® recommends the Davey Rainbank Mains Water Controller and Onga Waterswitch Mains Water Controller.

Rainwater Filter
It is important to optimise the quality of your water by carrying at least some filtration before the water enters the eco sac®. eco sac® recommends that a Rainwater Harvesting "Leafbeater" or "Leaf Eater" be installed as well as a Rain Harvesting "First Flush" device. These devices will prevent leaves and mosquitoes entering the sac.
First Flush Diverter
A First Flush device diverts the first rainwater that falls on the the roof away from the pipe to the eco sac® in order to remove any dust or dirt that might otherwise have gone into your eco sac®.
